My business concept came about from going to a lot of gym's and seeing none to very few results from the gym and staff at the facilities.The gym's offer very little information and instruction on the vast majority of fancy or complicated equipment in the gym with a tiny stick figure demonstrating the use of the machine.At every gym or fitness center they have tons of group training classes like Zumba, Boot Camp or TRX classes,But they don't have any free weight training classes, exercise equipment or machine class.So that's where, I come into the big picture we take the beginners approach to teaching weight training and how to use all exercise equipment in facility one step at a time.My classes are always smalls and by appointment only to keep the retention rate high.
