Doris is a certified Personal Trainer who is best known for her ability to help people reshape their bodies by using boxing, HIIT training and signature cardio techniques. She has a special knack for teaching women how to use free weight moves to sculpt, tighten and tone to create “brick house bodies”! Doris has Phase I and Phase II Master Fitness Training certifications through ISMA and her CPT Certification through AAAI.
