Zack is an experienced personal trainer with a total commitment to health and fitness. After certification, he continues to build upon his education and improve his understanding of the human body and mind. In addition to personal training, Zack enrolled in massage therapy school and graduated in October 2014. Currently, he is pursuing a degree as a non-traditional student in Biology from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey. Zack uses a variety of training modalities to help his clients get to their goals.
