Training Philosophy

Introducing nutrition and mind-body awareness to people is my passion and has been since 1979 when I began sharing my knowledge with my friends. Watching clients get stronger, make incremental body changes, wear clothes they have not worn in years, gain more self-esteem and regain mobility/balance/flexibility are the impetus for my being a personal trainer. I am very “hands on” and a fanatic for proper exercise form.
