Personal Trainer Overview
Anywhere Gym is mobile personal training so that means that we bring all of the necessary equipment to you. We can travel anywhere and make it an ideal workout environment. This can be your home, park or even your office. It can't be any easier. You can even come to our private studio if you choose. So no more excuses! For a complete workout you need to do more than just lifting weights. These things are: * Flexibility & Resistance Training * Cardiovascular & Core Training * Diet & Nutrition If you want results you need to include all of these. That is what we are here to do for you. All of our training includes all of these things specifically tailored for your individual results. We are here to keep you accountable, increase results, motivate, teach proper technique, and progress your workouts as you improve.
Training Philosophy
I use the methods of functional training to help you get the most results in the shortest amount of time. Your goals are important to me so I teach you how to get results through cardio, resistance training and nutrition and I guarantee your results. There is no need to over train to get results and I have programs that are proven to work so you will be successful.
Education
I have a degree in nutrition. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have advanced certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Bio
I am a Carlsbad, CA personal trainer. I am married, and have two young boys so I know what it is like to try and juggle work, spending time with family and working out. It is not easy and that is why I want to do what I can to make it as convenient as possible for you to get in shape or stay in shape. Your goals are important to me and no matter what they are I have a workout and diet plan for you. I am also very qualified to do what I say I can. I went to Arizona State University and have a degree in nutrition. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer with additional advanced certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specilaist.
