I have a pre & postnatal fitness certification along with a sports nutrition license and focus on working with mothers (and future mothers).

Training Philosophy

I am a mother myself and have successfully stayed in shape throughout pregnancy and soon after the birth of my son. I can share valuable information with my clients from my studies and from actual experience. If you want to be a hot mom, you are in the right hands with me!

Bio

I was a professional figure skater from the age of 7-17. Once I retired, I have coached competitive skating as well as recreational. I have gained 20 lbs once I've stopped training and I have lost it and rebuild muscle tone in my late 20s. I look better in my 30s after child birth than I did in my 20s. I can teach you how to get to your goal with dedication and realistic goal setting.
