Scottsdale Personal Trainer | Bergeron Personal Training is Scottsdale's premier personal trainer dedicated to helping you hit your diet, exercise, and health goals. We offer in-home or in-gym options for individuals or couples in Scottsdale, Phoenix, or Paradise Valley. We start every client with an assessment to gauge strength, flexibility, and balance and customize a workout plan to safely and effectively hit their goals. We also provide nutritional counceling. In addition to a traditional gym offering based in Scottsdale, Bergeron Personal Training motivates our clients by coordinating adventure travel trips, and have led our clients on epic hikes in New Zealand, Peru, and Norway. Based in our Scottsdale personal training studio, we have successfully helped clients with various goals, including weight loss, injury rehabilitation, gaining muscle, sport specific training, and nutritional counseling. Ramsey Bergeron at Bergeron Personal Training provides short and long term motivating goals and is a partner in helping clients set and hit goals they never thought possible. Training Philosophy

Scottsdale Personal Trainer | My father died when I was 12 years old after neglecting his health and losing a battle with diabetes. I vowed to never be a prisoner to my genetics and show my clients how they can live by the same philosophy. I also haven't let two back surgeries slow me down, as I have completed 7 full distance Ironman triathlon races around the world and have rehabilitated my injuries fully. Even though I am based in Scottsdale, Arizona, I train people in Phoenix, and Paradise Valley as well.

Bio

Ramsey's father died when he was 12 years old after neglecting his health and losing a battle with diabetes. Ramsey is also a film and television actor, having appeared in national commercials for Wells Fargo and Samsung. He is also a fitness model having appeared in campaigns for Muscle Milk and EAS Sports Nutrition.
