I could spend all day listing all of the fad diets, and workout trends I've tried over the years. I've tried it all trying to figure out what the buzz is about, let me save you a lot of time and trouble because for the most part they are all gimmicks to get your money while the fire is hot. Rarely do these things stick around and provide life long results. The only thing that does that is balance and consistency. Let me help you find what works for you and is sustainable for a lifetime!
