Personal Trainer Overview

My name is Maria and I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years. I have struggled with own body so I can truly relate to people who want to be healthy and feel great. I love the opportunity to meet people in all walks of life and offer them the gift and quality of life. I am very diversified. I have studied corrective training and I deal with rehabilitation of injuries. I am a nutrition coach and I have expanded my business for fantastic products that work. I love what I do and I have a heart of service.

Training Philosophy

I believe your body reaches adaption and you need to cross train. If you always do what you always do the results will remain the same. I give programs out based on the person and based on what the goals are.
