Personal Trainer Overview

I am a trainer with over 15 years of experience helping clients achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, firming and toning and increase muscle strength. I train clients across the ages from young and healthy to seniors needing to regain the ability to do the things they love to do.

Training Philosophy

My style of training is a combination of Corrective exercises,Strength training, high intensity intervals, low impact cardio, functional movement, flexibility and mobility using different modalities.I bring equipment with me such as kettlebells, TRX, glides, parallettes, dumbbells, bands and more depending on your needs.

Bio

When I started working out, I never expected to become a personal trainer. I loved discovering what my body could do and how strong I could be. I loved how the barbell gave my brain a break, and how better eating habits helped me have more positive thoughts about everything. Soon, I wanted to pass my joy onto others. I became a coach to help people into the experience of a strong and healthy life. I worked as a personal trainer at a gym and as a Crossfit teacher. What I really wanted, however, was to help people at home who have trouble getting to the gym due to mental blockers, low self-image from eating habits and anxiety, young children, or busy schedules. Working as a traveling personal trainer allows me to develop individual programs tailored to your strengths and weaknesses. My flexibility has allowed me to shop with clients who want nutrition coaching and to accommodate different cultural traditions and holidays such as late-night training during Ramadan. Your success is my success. I will work with you, through your roadblocks, to achieve your goals.
