Personal Trainer Overview

My training method involves the needs and goals of the client. I take the time not to only find out what the client's fitness goals are but also the why beneath the why. What is the client's motivation for reaching this goal. I like to tailor the program for the client's specific needs by first having an initial assessment interview.

Training Philosophy

I believe that we all can lead healthy, fulfilling lives with the right support and motivation. I incorporate strength training and cardio to work the body from all angles. I also help the client make healthy food choices to compliment their fitness goals. It's important that people have the healthy eating tools that will not only last them through their weight loss but through their entire lives. I share my own story of weight loss struggle and insecurities with body image. They don't have to be alone on this journey and I am there to guide them and motivate them every step of the way.

Bio

I've always struggled with my weight and body issues. After having my kids, it was a real struggle. After getting up to 165 pounds and wearing a size 16, I knew I had to do something. It was hard with 2 babies at home but slow and steady I did it. I was finally happy to look at myself the in the mirror. Having overcome my own insecurities and struggles, I wanted to help others. I needed to pay it forward. I developed a love of fitness and wanted to share that with others and get them on a path to claiming their health and happiness through healthy eating and getting fit. It's not about being skinning, but about how you can feel comfortable in your own skin.
