Personal Trainer Overview

I use a combination of cardio and resistance training. I design for the individual client, that along with proper nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, will result in positive results.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is based on the premise that individuals hire a personal trainer to receive training that is specifically designed for the individual. I explore with the client what works for them both physically and emotionally. I believe that a happy, relaxed client will obtain the greatest results from training. Setting realistic, challenging goals are very important to achieving desired results. Unrealistic goals, that can not be achieved, have no place in my fitness programs. My programs are ultimately designed with long term goals in mind. My purpose is to bring clients into the fitness lifestyle for the rest of their life. The rewards of a healthy lifestyle are priceless.

Bio

I'm 53 years old and have been training seriously for the past 8 years. When I was in my 20's, I trained off and on. In my 30's, my career in business did not afford me the time to pursue what would ultimately become my true passion. A few years ago, I was training at the gym, and an elderly gentleman approached me and asked for help as to how to use a piece of equipment. After showing him, he thanked me and was very appreciative for my help. That was when I knew I could make a difference in people lives by helping them along their journey in fitness.
