Training Philosophy

I am a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in functional fitness and sports performance. I offer a full array of fitness programs that are based upon the initial ability of the client, with realistically attainable goals set for each person. This service includes an initial evaluation of ability, goal setting, mapping of progress, supplementation recommendations, and setting of nutritional goals. The designed workouts you will receive will include, most times, a full body set of exercises that will jump start your daily calorie burn. For sports performance I tailor training sessions based on your sport and your anticipated goals. I endorse a mind set that you compete with yourself to get the results you want, and live a life of stress free happiness. Fitness is a calling. I want to help you answer the call.

Bio

I am a 46 year old Firefighter/Paramedic. I have worked in this career field for the better part of 22 years. I am a father of two beautiful daughters and I am married to the love of my life. Together we love everything adventurous and we love to mountain bike, kayak, paddle board and do just about any thing outdoors. I strive on a daily basis to do what I can to help others realize their goals and aspirations. I have been a fire and EMS Instructor for several years, so I have the ability to teach, mentor, evaluate and propose a regimen that will sharpen and maintain mental focus. My feet are firmly planted on the ground meaning that I know what my capabilities are, I know where I want to be tomorrow, and I know how to set realistic and attainable goals.
