Our workouts are intense and we continuously offer new and exciting workout challenges, team competitions, high energy coaching, as well as opportunities for constant improvement and education. We aim to go way beyond just being a gym, we create an experience that will get you fit for life! I am available to set up at vendor events.

We will also work with you and set up a personalized nutrition plan that will jump start your new fitness goals!

Education

I am an Internationally certified master instructor with the Kukiwon in Soul Korea in the art of TaeKwonDo. A licensed self-defense instructor teaching adults how to defended themselves as well as s licensed bully defense coach for children of all ages. I am also a tactical master instructor and an active shooter defense coach I continue to work hard at enhancing his skills and certifications by working alongside side the worlds top professional in the industry
