Personal Trainer Overview

I'm a trainer who will train you the way you want to be trained with me just guiding you on how to properly prep your meals, your sets per workout and reps and how to choose the right machine in order to get that lean or shredded body that you've always dreamt of.

Training Philosophy

I believe that everyone shouldn't give up in achieving the kind of physique that they longed for, for if they have failed before in the past is that cause of that fact that they probably weren't guided by a fitness professional and to me I think it is very beneficial to seek help from one for you will get to your goals faster.

24 years old filipino, whom was born with Hydrocephalus, that doctors never thought I could be one whom will be able to lift heavy weights in the future back when I was still a kid. Speaks Tagalog, Bisaya, little Spanish, and English
