A good trainer not only provides motivation and proper training concepts but will also integrate a proper nutritional program to serve as a primer for the complete package. Remember, you can spend hours a day in the gym but if your not eating the proper foods than all your efforts go to waste.

With over 15 years experience and some of the world's most elite certifications, training others to lead not only a healthy lifestyle but also to exhibit the results of their hard work is a not only a career but a passion of mine. Training clients across the world from the US to Israel has given me not only the cultural experiences of world travel but the combined knowledge of some of the world's leading training theories. My clients range from pro athletes, models, dancers, actors, physicians, nurses, writers, entrepreneurs, military reservists and housewives. While each client receives a customized program design based on their desires, they all share a common goal, to obtain the personal knowledge and know-how to be in better shape than they are now.
