Reaching better fitness and health can be a fun road. Using the strength of the mind, exciting cutting edge workouts and motivation my success is extremely high. I integrate nutrition and sensible cheat days to lower body fat. Increasing or toning muscle with exercise confusion. Then top it all with motivation and encouragement. It works...

Education

I have multiple training certifications. Years of training Pro athletes, college athletes, obese, bodybuilding, fitness, group (large and small) and I train over 10 personal trainers.

Bio

I spent my time out of college starting and running my own Home Construction business. Built over 400 homes. Sold out the business and started personal training because of high blood pressure and weight I wanted to lose. Once I got rid of high blood pressure through fitness and lost weight, I wanted to help others. Now I am a full time trainer.
