Bio

I entered the fitness industry by way of my own personal fitness struggles. Most of my life I have been involved in sports and recreation from baseball, football, track and field, soccer, going to the gym, etc. For years I struggled with my happiness and fitness. I chose to make a change and decided to enter the fitness industry and become involved in all the things I once loved. I absolutely love what I do because I get to help make a real change in people’s lives. These positive changes relate not just too health, but also by spreading confidence to other areas of their lives.
