Personal Trainer Overview

I am a personal fitness specialist in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. I work with both men and women of all fitness levels. I am dedicated to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Training Philosophy

I believe a workout plan is only as good as the assessment completed on a client. I will use your current fitness level along with past/current limitations to develop a comprehensive plan that meets your goals. We will work together to provide safe yet challenging workouts. I bring everything to you, dumbbells, exercise balls, resistance bands etc. You can workout alone, with your spouse/significant other, or even just a friend. I will be there to motivate and coach you every step of the way!

I have recently retired after 23 years of service in the Air Force. I have been a personal trainer for 8 years and a military fitness leader for 11 years. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about fitness because it can truly change your life.
