Training Philosophy

I am a little old school, I believe the simplest approach is the most sustainable. You will have input on every step of the process and will agree to everything you will be doing before I say to do it. This way you aren't forced to do anything that you have no interest in.

I have played Division 2 baseball, been in the Marines, and had my own health crisis that forced me to reassess healthy living and have set out to belp you before you have a health crisis.
