Personal Trainer Overview

I have over 20 yrs experience &I am insured. My methods work on many levels..from in home toning workouts to heavy gym bodybuilder programs. Plus I offer golf performance programs.

Training Philosophy

I train my clients with passion, I get great joy in seeing both the physical & emotional improvements in my clients.

Education

Graduated school in England in 1988 then I proceeded onto college where I obtained my 3 yr degree in carpentry & boat building in 1991.

Bio

I was born in the UK to Scottish heritage.. as a child I struggled with weight & food...even though I was active in soccer...I came across the weight dept of my school when I was 13 & was instantly hooked, I continued this way through my teens. In 1993 I came to the US n have enjoyed my time her ever since.. I believe that as I have had weight issues in my life I can offer the support tomy existing clients & any potential clients
