Personal Trainer Overview
In short, I have become a Certified Personal Fitness Instructor, Coach, and Dedicated Training Partner because I value living a quality life, which I define as maintaining the highest levels of one's physical and mental abilities. I've proven to myself and others throughout my 14 years in the U.S. Army, training alongside professional body builders, leading squads of less experienced soldiers, and subsequently personally training others, that persistent and focused hard work while certainly requiring discipline and in most cases a little help from our friends, inevitably leads to a quality of life that we all deserve to share.
Training Philosophy
We can Trail Run, Power Walk, Mountain Bike, Strength Train, Box, Kick box or High Intensity Workouts and Boot Camp Style Workouts.. Everyone is different, every life is different, so I accordingly tailor every training session. My strategy is to design a curriculum fitting your lifestyle, fitness levels, & goals. I feel my experience and dedication will allow us to maximize your results. You already feel that self-image improving. For those interested I have developed an Extreme Style Boot Camp program based on aforementioned skills, which I continue to develop in part by still serving as a Sergeant. My love for fitness and has lead me to work closely with experienced boxers and mixed martial artists; two areas which have many valuable techniques to share, including cardio & mental.
