OC Fitness Coach Inc. is a premier personal training and consultancy service located in Mission Viejo, California. Our workouts are based entirely on exercise science, knowledge and experience. All new clients that come through our door are treated independently. Bio
As one of Orange County’s Top Personal Trainers in Mission Viejo, owner Dan Tatro, holds three Gold Standard Certifications in the fitness field with The NSCA-CSCS and CPT along with The NASM-CES certification. He is also a Certified Weight Management Specialist through The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Certified Insanity Instructor. Through his experience, he has develop unique fitness classes and fitness workouts. Dan graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise and Sports Science. After graduating from Vermont in 2002, Dan joined the United States Army as an Infantry Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2003 and Iraq in 2004. Additionally, Dan holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a Verified Vendor with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dan’s fitness exercises are scientifically based to promote health, happiness and longevity. His goal is to educate clients about health and wellness through physical activity and consumption of minimally processed foods high in vitamins and minerals.
