Personal Trainer Overview

I have state of the art equipment in a private, kid friendly area in my home. I also work on a contract basis out of the Wayne Recreational center.

Training Philosophy

I specialize in training individuals at every fitness level. I feature new equipment, both strength and cardio, to enhance your physical fitness. I change up routines that are challenging and rewarding at affordable prices.

Education

I am WITS certified and I also teach recruits prior to Air Force basic training.

Bio

I am a 42 yr old twenty year veteran of the military who knows the challenges of trying to stay in shape. I have created a safe, kid friendly area in my home for clients to be able to train effectively and professionally.
