Personal Trainer Overview
My training methods consist of focusing on the simple answers. Consistency is the most important component of training. By focusing on the small controllable goals clients will be able to achieve their big goals.
Training Philosophy
Athletic performance or weight loss must be a specific mission. Emphasis must placed on developing clients to be successful at their chosen sport. Every clients must be discipline in 8 areas to ensure success. The areas of nutrition, muscular strength & power, endurance, speed improvement, agility, flexibility, lifestyle, and rest & recovery must be exercised and trained on a consistent basis over a long period of time to see the beneficial effects of training.
