Personal Trainer Overview

Bob is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer that provides customized fitness programs in your home,gym or work gym. Bob serves Greensburg and the surrounding areas.

Training Philosophy

I believe in providing customized workouts that meets the clients goals be it weight training,cardio,nutrition,diet or stretching. I have the knowledge to provide the proper techniques to help my clients achieve their desired fitness level. I motivate my clients by providing challenging but fun and easy to accomplish workouts.
