Total Being Fitness we focus on repairing broken spirits and broken minds, and teaching our clients how to preserve themselves and grow. We are not just physical trainers, we are personal all-around coaches.

As owner and founder of A.M. Total Being Fitness, I’ve drawn on my own life experiences and 15 years of work in the fitness industry to develop a program that is truly unique.” “At the age of 11, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and given two years to live by my doctors. At the age of 16, I was determined to take myself off all medications and heal myself through faith, exercise, diet, attitude and healthy relationships.
