I used to be 80 lbs heavier and it has been a journey for me. I have tryed all techniques on myself and have been able to accomplish my goals and keep the weight off for 10 years. I then fell in love with fitness. I want to help as many people as possible to become health. Motivation doesn't last, but results do. Results will keep you motivated. I will give result!
