NOW I’M FIT is an organization of fitness professionals dedicated to the proactive movement of fitness, wellness, and lifestyle services designed to help our clients fight preventable illness, diseases, and disorders.

Training Philosophy

We customize fitness and weight loss programs to blend nutrition and exercise into your life; building strength, functional fitness, flexibility and aerobic health enabling you to comfortably negotiate the physical demands of your activities, work performance and lifestyle. It is our responsibility to design and implement exercise programs that will simply secure your desired result and by helping you to realize components of fitness beyond body composition, strength, endurance, and flexibility. By understanding the struggle and real pain, one experiences when battling self-confidence, depression, obesity, and other lifestyle issues related to genetics, inactivity, and physical limitation. We are confident in committing in the relationships with our clients, by taking the necessary steps in walking with you through your journey to better fitness and overall health.
